Jessica Feigl brings more than 15 years of experience in dental administration, with a diverse background in general dentistry, pediatrics, and periodontics. Her career has focused on the operational and administrative side of dental practices, with extensive experience in dental insurance, claims and prior authorizations, billing and collections, practice management, staff training, and patient communication. Jessica is passionate about helping dental professionals feel more confident not only in their clinical knowledge, but also in the systems and processes that support a successful practice. She believes continuing education should be practical, relevant, and applicable to real-world dentistry, and is committed to creating learning experiences that are supportive, approachable, and free from judgment.

Our Educational Philosophy

At KCE, we believe continuing education should do more than check a box. It should provide knowledge you can trust, skills you can use, and confidence that carries into practice. KCE uses adult educational theories and educational methodologies to bring high quality courses that allow practitioners to relate theory to real world application.

  • Evidence-Based

Education should be grounded in current research, professional standards, and best practices. KCE is committed to providing accurate, relevant education that supports safe, informed decision-making.

  • Practical

Education should translate directly into the workplace. KCE focuses on real-world skills, applicable knowledge, and tools that dental professionals can use with confidence, not just information for the sake of earning CE credits.

  • Confidence-Building

Learning doesn't end when the course does. KCE courses are designed to help dental professionals develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to apply what they've learned in their everyday practice.
